Description

Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait is a quick, no-cook layered dish made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola—perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack, or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the berries; slice strawberries if using.
  2. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or jar.
  3. Add a layer of fresh berries, followed by a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat the layers until the container is full or ingredients are used up.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseeds on top for added nutrition.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.

Notes

  • Use flavored yogurt like honey or berry for a sweeter parfait.
  • Swap in coconut or almond yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch and healthy fats.
  • Use crushed graham crackers instead of granola for a dessert twist.
  • Frozen berries can be used—just thaw and drain excess liquid.
