Description

Green Apple Juice is a tart, crisp, and hydrating drink made from fresh Granny Smith apples. Naturally refreshing and customizable, this juice is perfect for mornings, post-workout sips, or a light afternoon boost.

Instructions

  1. If using a juicer: Wash and core apples, then cut into chunks. Juice with any optional add-ins (cucumber, ginger, etc.). Stir in lemon juice, if using. Serve over ice.
  2. If using a blender: Chop apples and add to blender with water. Add optional extras if desired. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jar or glass. Stir in lemon juice, if using. Chill or serve over ice.

Notes

  • No need to peel the apples—the skin adds nutrients and blends well when strained.
  • For a sweeter version, use a mix of green and red apples, or add a splash of pineapple juice.
  • Juice is best fresh but can be refrigerated in a sealed jar for up to 2 days. Shake before serving.
