Ingredients

  • For the creamy garlic sauce: 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced), 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Grill chicken bites for 2–3 minutes per side, until cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C) and lightly charred.
  4. While chicken cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Serve grilled chicken bites with creamy garlic sauce on the side or drizzled over, garnished with fresh parsley.
