Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
  4. While chicken cooks, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5–6 minutes.
