Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 810 small tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for sauce)
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
  5. In a small bowl, mix sour cream or yogurt with lime juice to create a sauce.
  6. Warm the tortillas.
