Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up breading station: one bowl with beaten eggs, another with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into eggs, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture.
