Description

High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are creamy, nutty, and refreshing mini treats made with just a few wholesome ingredients. They’re easy to prepare, perfect for snacking, and packed with protein — ideal for post-workout fuel or a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat preferred)
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • Toppings (optional): mini chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in protein powder if using.
  2. Spoon mixture into a silicone mini muffin tin or ice cube tray, filling each mold about ¾ full.
  3. Add desired toppings like mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely firm.
  5. Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for best texture.
