Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
