- 2 ripe mangoes (fresh or frozen, peeled and chopped)

Instructions
- Puree mango in a blender until smooth. Strain to remove fibers if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and mango puree.
- Stir in lime juice and optional sugar if needed for extra brightness and sweetness.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and cover.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm and scoopable.
Notes
- Add chopped mango or mango jam for texture.
- Include a splash of coconut milk for a tropical twist.
- For dairy-free, use coconut cream and sweeten with maple syrup or agave.
- Let soften at room temperature 5–10 minutes before scooping.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
