Description

Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a juicy, oven-baked chicken dish topped with creamy feta and a sweet-spicy hot honey glaze, perfect for a bold-flavored yet easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 23 tablespoons hot honey (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta evenly over the top of the chicken.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and feta.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the feta is slightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle hot honey generously over the top.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
