Description

A refreshing iced drink combining sweet peach syrup, bright lemon juice, and smooth brewed tea—perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 3 black tea bags
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup water (for peaches)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea by steeping tea bags in 3 cups of hot water until strong. Remove tea bags and let cool.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sliced peaches, 1/2 cup water, and honey or sugar. Cook until soft, then mash and strain to create a peach syrup. Let cool.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the cooled tea, lemon juice, and peach syrup. Stir well to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea mixture over.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or sugar.
