Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Stir and knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
