Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry using paper towels.
