Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry using paper towels.

- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet or rack.
