Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) flavored gelatin (e.g., strawberry, raspberry, or lime)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- Optional: whipped topping, sprinkles, or fruit for garnish
- 6 clear plastic cups or glass jars for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in 1 cup cold water until fully combined.
- Pour the Jello into 6 serving cups, filling each halfway.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the Jello is set.
- Meanwhile, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it sit for a few minutes.
