Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 2 tbsp key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 tsp key lime zest
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips or coconut flakes (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, key lime juice, and zest until smooth and combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared tray, about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers evenly over the top, pressing them in lightly.
- Add optional toppings like white chocolate chips or coconut flakes.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
- Break or cut into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
