Description

Kiwi Juice is a refreshing, sweet-tart drink made from fresh kiwis blended with water and optional sweeteners. Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, it’s a vibrant, healthy beverage perfect for cooling off any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 12 tsp honey, sugar, or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add peeled, sliced kiwis to a blender.
  2. Pour in cold water or coconut water.
  3. Add lemon or lime juice and sweetener if desired.
  4. Blend until smooth. For a thinner juice, add more water as needed.
  5. Optional: Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or kiwi slices, if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe green or golden kiwis depending on your flavor preference—golden kiwis are sweeter and less tart.
  • Strain the juice for a smooth drink or leave it pulpy for more fiber.
  • Skip the sweetener if your kiwis are naturally sweet.
  • Blend in apple, cucumber, or spinach for added nutrition.
  • Use frozen kiwi for a chilled, slushy texture.
