Description
Kiwi Juice is a refreshing, sweet-tart drink made from fresh kiwis blended with water and optional sweeteners. Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, it’s a vibrant, healthy beverage perfect for cooling off any time of day.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1–2 tsp honey, sugar, or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Add peeled, sliced kiwis to a blender.
- Pour in cold water or coconut water.
- Add lemon or lime juice and sweetener if desired.
- Blend until smooth. For a thinner juice, add more water as needed.
- Optional: Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or kiwi slices, if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe green or golden kiwis depending on your flavor preference—golden kiwis are sweeter and less tart.
- Strain the juice for a smooth drink or leave it pulpy for more fiber.
- Skip the sweetener if your kiwis are naturally sweet.
- Blend in apple, cucumber, or spinach for added nutrition.
- Use frozen kiwi for a chilled, slushy texture.
