Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
- 1/2 cup water (for infusion)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh lavender sprigs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat water until hot but not boiling.
- Add dried lavender and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the lavender infusion and allow it to cool.
- In a glass, mix fresh lemon juice with honey or simple syrup.
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of the cooled lavender infusion and stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
- Garnish with lemon slices and a lavender sprig if desired, then serve.
Notes
- Do not over-steep lavender to avoid bitterness.
- Adjust sweetness based on preference.
- Add orange juice for a citrus twist.
