Description

A refreshing and elegant lavender lemon mocktail with bright citrus notes and a delicate floral aroma, perfectly balanced with light sweetness and sparkling fizz.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1/2 cup water (for infusion)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh lavender sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add dried lavender and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender infusion and allow it to cool.
  4. In a glass, mix fresh lemon juice with honey or simple syrup.
  5. Add 2–3 tablespoons of the cooled lavender infusion and stir well.
  6. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  7. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices and a lavender sprig if desired, then serve.
