Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with lime juice and lime zest until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add vanilla extract if using.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until light and airy.
- If desired, add a layer of crushed biscuits at the bottom of serving cups.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse into cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Top with whipped cream or extra lime zest before serving.
