Ingredients
For the Pasta:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: Season and cook chicken in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: Sauté mushrooms, add garlic, broth, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Mix in cooked pasta with sauce and chicken. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
