Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme or fluff
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish or pie pan. Chill while preparing filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add marshmallow fluff and beat until combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using).
- Spoon filling over crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Before serving, garnish with mini marshmallows, extra whipped topping, or toppings of choice.
