Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Cook until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
