Description
Mini Snowman Pizzas are adorable, bite-sized pizzas shaped like snowmen—perfect for holiday parties, winter dinners, or fun cooking projects with kids. With customizable toppings, gooey cheese, and a crispy crust, these festive pizzas are as delicious as they are cute.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni (for scarves or hats)
- 12 black olive slices (for eyes and buttons)
- 1/4 red or orange bell pepper, cut into small strips (for noses and smiles)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- All-purpose flour (for dusting surface)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Use round cookie cutters or a glass to cut out 12 small circles. Pair them to form 6 snowmen, overlapping two circles slightly on the baking sheet for each snowman.
- Brush each snowman with olive oil. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Decorate with olive slices for eyes/buttons, pepperoni for scarves/hats, and bell pepper strips for noses and smiles.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use Alfredo sauce and white cheese for a snowy appearance.
- Swap in biscuit dough for a softer crust.
- Add mushrooms, spinach, or cooked sausage under cheese for extra flavor.
- Freeze unbaked pizzas for easy future baking—just add a few minutes to bake time.
