Ingredients

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Separate onion slices into rings and match pairs of similar size.
  2. Place a piece of mozzarella stick between two onion rings to create a filled ring.
