Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes or microwaving until safe, then allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cooled flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
