Description

Easy no bake cookie dough bites with a soft, sweet texture and classic cookie dough flavor, perfect for a quick and safe-to-eat treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by baking at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes or microwaving until safe, then let it cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cooled flour and salt until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Notes

  • Heat-treating flour is important for safe consumption.
  • Add peanut butter for a richer flavor variation.
  • Use oat flour for a slightly healthier option.
  • Mix in candies or white chocolate chips for variety.
  • Adjust milk to control dough consistency.
