- 20 Oreo cookies (reserve a few for garnish)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Instructions
- Crush most of the Oreos into fine crumbs, reserving a few for garnish.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Spoon a layer into the bottom of serving cups, pressing gently.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spoon or pipe cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in each cup.
- Top with extra crushed Oreos or a whole Oreo for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
