Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or 1 cup Bisquick-style topping
  • Pickles (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking it up as it browns. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef and cook until softened and fragrant.
