Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or 1 cup Bisquick-style topping
- Pickles (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking it up as it browns. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef and cook until softened and fragrant.
