Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk or yogurt

- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
- Place the banana pieces into a blender.
- Add the fresh orange juice and milk or yogurt.
- Add honey and vanilla extract if using.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more orange juice or milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
