Description

Orange Juice with Pulp is a refreshing, naturally textured citrus drink made from freshly squeezed oranges. The pulp adds body and richness, delivering a wholesome, real-fruit experience with every sip.

Ingredients

  • 68 fresh oranges (navel, Valencia, or a mix)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for added brightness)
  • 12 tsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the oranges.
  2. Use a citrus juicer or manual reamer to extract juice, pressing firmly to release pulp.
  3. Strain juice through a coarse strainer to remove seeds while keeping the pulp.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and sweetener if desired. Taste and adjust.
  5. Serve immediately over ice or chill in the fridge before serving.

Notes

  • Use Valencia oranges for sweetness, navel for availability, or mix in blood oranges for complexity.
  • To increase pulp, scoop extra bits from the juicer or blend peeled orange segments.
  • Shake or stir juice before serving to redistribute pulp.
  • Best consumed fresh; store in the fridge up to 3 days.
  • Avoid freezing, as pulp can become mushy when thawed.
