Description

Oreo fudge brownie pizza is a decadent dessert featuring a fudgy brownie base topped with smooth chocolate ganache, crushed Oreos, and customizable toppings. It’s the perfect treat for chocolate lovers and makes a fun, shareable dessert for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 810 crushed Oreo cookies
  • Optional toppings: white chocolate chips, sprinkles, mini marshmallows, whipped cream, crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a round pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to form a thick batter.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
  6. To make ganache, heat cream until hot (not boiling), then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  7. Spread ganache over cooled brownie base.
  8. Top with crushed Oreos and any additional toppings of choice.
  9. Let set for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Swirl peanut butter or Nutella into the brownie batter for added flavor.
  • Mix chopped Oreos into the brownie for a cookies-and-cream base.
  • Add peppermint extract and mint Oreos for a minty version.
  • Use gluten-free flour and Oreos for a gluten-free option.
  • Let ganache set before slicing for cleaner cuts.
