  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil or butter and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess grease.

  7. Layer half of the noodles in the casserole dish, spread half the cream cheese mixture, and top with half the beef mixture. Repeat layers.

  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
