Ingredients
- For the brownie layer:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease an 8×8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, food coloring, and vinegar, mixing until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined to form a thick batter.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the batter and spread the rest in the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie base and gently spread to cover.
- Drop reserved brownie batter in small spoonfuls over the top and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 28–35 minutes or until center is set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
