Description

Ingredients

  • 12 flatbreads or naan (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 fresh pears, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced (rind optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
