Ingredients
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh rosemary sprigs (or 1/2–1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 2 cups water
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- Lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a gentle boil.
- Rinse the fresh rosemary sprigs if using fresh.
- Place rosemary in a cup or teapot.
- Pour hot water over the rosemary.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes depending on desired strength.
- Strain the tea if needed.
- Add honey or lemon slices to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Use less dried rosemary as it has a stronger flavor than fresh.
