Ingredients
- 1 sleeve buttery round crackers
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Beat the heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fully combined.
- Arrange a single layer of buttery crackers in the bottom of a square or rectangular dish.
