Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
- 2 (8 oz) cans crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (optional, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles in a circle with wide ends overlapping in the center and tips pointing outward, forming a sunburst shape.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, cream cheese (or mayo), Dijon mustard, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon turkey mixture evenly around the inner ring of dough.
- Add small dollops of cranberry sauce over the turkey mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling if using.
- Fold pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck under the inner ring.
- Brush dough with egg wash if desired.
