Description

This seafood pasta with shrimp and crab is a creamy, refreshing dish made with tender pasta, sweet seafood, crisp veggies, and a zesty lemon-Dijon dressing. It’s ideal for both warm dinners and chilled pasta salads.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini, penne, or preferred pasta
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water if serving chilled. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, celery, tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Add pasta to the seafood and vegetables. Pour dressing over and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes if serving cold, or serve immediately if desired warm.
