Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry, season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Cook the Pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- Sear the Shrimp: Cook shrimp in oil and garlic until pink.
- Make the Sauce: Add half-and-half, Parmigiano Reggiano, and cook until thickened.
- Combine: Mix in cooked pasta, tomato, parsley, and Cajun seasoning.
- Finish and Serve: Add lemon juice, adjust consistency, and serve hot.
Notes
- If the sauce looks slightly curdled, keep heat low, add half-and-half gradually, and stir well.
- For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
