Description

Shrimp Crab Biscuit Bombs are cheesy, buttery, and packed with seafood flavor. Wrapped in golden, flaky biscuit dough and filled with a creamy shrimp and crab mixture, they’re a handheld indulgence perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 can flaky biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, seasoning, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each round into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the seafood mixture into the center of each circle.
  5. Fold edges up and pinch closed to form a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle with extra parsley before serving and let cool slightly.

Notes

  • Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
  • Top with Parmesan before baking for extra flavor.
  • Use chopped lobster for an elevated variation.
  • Make mini versions for appetizers using smaller dough pieces.
  • Reheat in oven or air fryer to retain crispiness—avoid microwave.
