Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups pasta sauce (marinara or tomato-based)
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8–10 taco shells (hard or soft)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and optional taco seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Stir in pasta sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Warm taco shells as per package directions.
- Fill each taco shell with spaghetti-beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese and any desired extras.
- Serve immediately while shells are crisp.

- Use turkey or sausage for variation.
- Add mushrooms, peppers, or spinach to the sauce for extra veggies.
- Serve with ranch or garlic drizzle for extra flavor.
- Flavored taco shells can add an extra kick.
