Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups pasta sauce (marinara or tomato-based)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 810 taco shells (hard or soft)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
  • Optional toppings: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and optional taco seasoning. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Warm taco shells as per package directions.
  7. Fill each taco shell with spaghetti-beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese and any desired extras.
  8. Serve immediately while shells are crisp.
