Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or choice)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add honey and garlic, and simmer for 1 minute.
- Return chicken to skillet and coat with the honey butter glaze. Remove and slice.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream to the remaining honey butter and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Toss pasta in the creamy sauce, then top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Use half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Substitute shrimp for chicken for a seafood twist.
- Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for more heat.
- Mix in sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
