Ingredients

- 1 cup cauliflower florets

Instructions

- Cover and steam for 5–8 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Transfer steamed vegetables to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and optional olive oil or lemon juice.
- Serve warm immediately, or let cool for a chilled option.
