Description

A vibrant and refreshing drink made with strawberries, acai, and lemonade for a fruity, slightly tangy beverage perfect for cooling down.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder or 1/2 cup acai juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 23 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries with a small amount of water until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree if a smoother texture is desired.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with acai powder or juice, lemon juice, and honey or simple syrup.
  4. Add cold water and stir well until fully combined.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the refresher over the top.
  6. Garnish with strawberry slices or lemon if desired and serve immediately.
