Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon acai powder or 1/2 cup acai juice
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups cold water
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend strawberries with a small amount of water until smooth.
- Strain the puree if a smoother texture is desired.
- In a pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with acai powder or juice, lemon juice, and honey or simple syrup.
- Add cold water and stir well until fully combined.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the refresher over the top.
- Garnish with strawberry slices or lemon if desired and serve immediately.
