Description

Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie is a refreshing, creamy blend of frozen berries, yogurt, and milk. Naturally sweet and packed with antioxidants, it’s the perfect quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek or regular yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional, for added creaminess)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
  2. Add optional ingredients: honey, banana, and/or ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh berries with added ice cubes if frozen berries are unavailable.
  • Swap banana for avocado for creaminess with less sugar.
  • Add spinach, chia seeds, or protein powder for extra nutrients.
  • Use less milk to create a thick smoothie bowl base.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in fridge up to 24 hours.
