Strawberry Dole Whip is a dreamy, dairy-free soft-serve made with ripe strawberries and pineapple juice. It’s creamy, frosty, and bursting with fruity flavor—perfect for warm days.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2–4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (or pineapple juice ice cubes)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp coconut milk or light agave syrup
  • Optional garnish: fresh strawberry slices or mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place frozen strawberries and pineapple chunks into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Add 1/3 cup pineapple juice and blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add coconut milk or agave for extra creaminess or sweetness.
  4. If mixture is too thick, add a splash more juice to help blend.
  5. Scoop or pipe into cups or cones and garnish with strawberry slices or mint if using.
  6. For firmer texture, freeze the mixture for 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use only frozen fruit for soft-serve consistency.
  • Add juice slowly to avoid making it too runny.
  • Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes if frozen solid before serving.
  • Great for using up ripe summer strawberries.
