These Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are a refreshing, tangy-sweet frozen treat made with fresh strawberries and lemon juice. They’re naturally sweetened, vibrant in flavor, and perfect for cooling off on warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Taste and add honey or maple syrup as desired for sweetness.
  3. Stir in lemon zest for extra flavor (optional).
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  6. To release, run warm water over the outside of molds for a few seconds and gently remove popsicles.
