Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and water in a blender until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup as desired for sweetness.
- Stir in lemon zest for extra flavor (optional).
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of molds for a few seconds and gently remove popsicles.
Notes
- Add whole strawberry slices to molds for texture and visual appeal.
- Blend in Greek yogurt or coconut milk for a creamy version.
- Try layering strawberry and lemonade mixtures for a striped look.
- Use paper cups and wooden sticks if you don’t have molds.
- Store in freezer-safe bags for up to 3 weeks.
