Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and fully combined.
- Transfer to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping if too firm.
