A fresh and vibrant salad combining mixed greens, juicy berries, creamy avocado, crunchy nuts, and a zesty creamy lemon herb dressing for a light yet satisfying dish.
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens or baby spinach
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or basil), chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs for dressing, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the greens and berries.
- Slice strawberries, avocado, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and herbs.
- Season the dressing with salt and black pepper and mix until smooth. Add a little water if needed to thin.
- Place greens in a large serving bowl.
- Add strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
- Top with cucumber, avocado, red onion, cheese, and nuts.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
- Gently toss and serve immediately.

- Add grilled chicken, salmon, or chickpeas for extra protein.
- Swap feta with goat cheese for a tangier taste.
