Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan or line with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until fully combined.

- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the tops are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
