Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter: Whisk melted butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
